For me, hiking is a powerful way to slow down the mind. It’s not about pushing the body to its limits — it’s about walking, moving gently, being in silence, and connecting with nature. That connection helps calm the mind, and it’s one of the most effective ways to reduce stress and anxiety.
When we’re away from the phone, fully present in nature, something shifts inside us. That’s the space I seek when I hike.
And when I guide, my focus is on the small details — the breath, the landscape, the rhythm of the steps. I try to stay fully present, and that’s the experience I want to share with others.
